A Southern Isles Ball (RP starter)

One beautiful starry night you make your way towards the grand Palace of the Southern Isles for a ball. You can't wait to see the kingdom's most famous ballroom for yourself. As you sitting on your coach you start singing a little tune:

Gliss and glimmer, I get it all for just one night.
Dancing around in the Palace with one of the princes, in a glamorous gown.
It's all so magical, oh and how I wish that it might never end.

Your coach stops and your footman help you out, you're starting to feel like a princess and sick with nerves. You follow other guests to the ballroom, all well singing your little tune:

When you enter the ballroom your breath stops, it's much more beautiful than you thought it was going to be. A grand split staircase leads down on to the dance floor. A little garden in the middle of the floor with the most beautiful flowers ever. A balcony  around the top of the staircase with seats and little tables. Somewhere you can hear water running. As you descend down one side of the staircase you spot the source of the water, a fountain in between the split staircase.
